The Triad Performance Plan is an integrated marketing package that uses three core strategies: SEO (Search Engine Optimization), CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and Lead Generation. This package is designed to strengthen your online presence, improve user experience and generate valuable leads.

The three strategies reinforce each other by generating a steady stream of organic traffic (SEO), converting that traffic into valuable actions (CRO), and then leveraging those actions to build long-term relationships (Lead Generation).

The warm-up phase prepares your email addresses for mailings, a process that takes 1-2 months to ensure that your emails do not end up in spam and to build your sender reputation. During this process, we also work on all other aspects of your marketing strategy, such as installing conversion optimization tools, performing a baseline measurement, and creating personas.

Conversion optimization tools help us monitor and analyze the behavior of visitors to your website. This data allows us to make improvements that increase the effectiveness of your website in converting visitors to customers.

A baseline measurement evaluates the current performance of your landing pages to create a baseline. SEO optimization is then performed to improve the visibility of these pages in search engines and attract more organic traffic.

Billing

Everything about invoicing: how often you receive an invoice, the payment options and where to go with questions or changes.

With the 'Pay per quarter' option, invoices are sent every 12 weeks. If you choose the 'Pay per month' option, you will receive an invoice every 4 weeks. This ensures regular coordination and transparency in the costs for the services provided.

The payment terms are stated on each invoice. Usually payment is expected within 14 days after invoice date. For specific terms, please consult the invoice or your agreement.

Continuous optimization involves the constant collection of data about visitor behavior and search engine performance. This data is used to continuously improve and adjust your website and marketing strategies for optimal effectiveness.

If an invoice is not paid on time, reminders and possible late fees may be charged. We recommend that you contact our finance department if you experience problems with the payment, so that we can work together to find a solution.
